The IncoNet CA consortium comprised 16 partners from 14 EU and Central Asian countries. The project's scientific coordination lay with CeRISS, the Centre for Regional and International STI Studies and Support, Greece. Its administration was managed by IPPT PAN – Instytut Podstawowych Problemow Techniki Polskiej Akademii Nauk, Poland.
